We offer you an affiliate program that pays! Affiliates earn 40% commission for promoting our website! We offer you online and offline opportunities to earn a commission.

Plus we offer your customers/clients a 20% discount on our services. This encourages them to use your affiliate code!

We pay commissions on or about the 15th of each month for the previous month. <?xml:namespace prefix = o />

• We use PayPal for affiliate payments. 
• You earn up to 30 days after a site visitor clicks your online affiliate link!
• Affiliates must be approved.

Online Affiliates suggestions:

• Place a link on your website or blog
• Place banner ads on your website or blog
• Place your affiliate link in Google ads
• Buy low cost links on relevant websites in your area
• Post to blogs and forums
• Send an email to a friend (NO SPAM / MASS Emails)

Offline Suggestions:

Your affiliate I.D can be manually entered into our system at time of checkout so you get credit for sales. Customers will want to use your affiliate I.D because we offer them 20% off when they do!

• Tell friends about our classifieds and give them your affiliate code for 20% off the advertising fee.
• Pass out business cards / flyers with your affiliate I.D.
• Advertise in your local base paper and offer 20% off our advertising.

Instructions:

All text links and banners that you produce must first be approved by us. You can optionally use the text links and banners we provide.

Any fees for Google ads, buying low cost text links, printing etc. are your responsibility.

Online

Make sure all your text and banner links use your affiliate link so you get credit. We suggest you find popular local websites and inquire about placing text or banner links. If you create Google ads, the ads must be for your local base or city. Use words such as your base name or city name in the advertisement.

Offline

For offline advertising we will provide a PDF image of a business card and flyer so you can order these products to distribute. Your affiliate I.D will be printed so you get credit. The cost of printing is your responsibility. If you choose to make your own cards and flyers, we must approve it before they are produced. For printing, we suggest www.OvernightPrints.com You can get 250 cards for about $25 and 250 Post cards for about $70. This is a small investment that can easily be earned back from commission of just one real estate agent or home builder sale. Optionally, to get started, you can print your own flyers and post cards if you have a quality printer, but this is not recommended.

• We suggest you pass business cards to friends / co-workers
• Ask local businesses near the base if you can leave the cards where they can be seen.
• Pin them up on bulletin boards
• Send cards or flyers to your local home builders and real estate agents.

Commissions

Most of our classified advertising is FREE. However, advertisers can purchase upgrades of which you earn 40% commission.

We do charge for real estate ads, real estate professional memberships and auto ads. Real estate ads are $49.95 - 20% discount for the advertiser = $15.98 commission to you.

we charge real estate professionals $200 for membership and they can post unlimited real estate ads for free. $200 - 20% discount = $64 in commission to you!

Webmaster

We have another opportunity for webmasters / website owners.

You can post our classified ads on your website! This brings value to your website, plus with your affiliate I.D link in the registration button, you earn a commission!

Keep you existing domain and website or build a new one! Our code can easily be integrated with your website so classified ads look like your content. However, when visitors want to place an ad, they must register on our website.
