We offer you an affiliate program that pays! Affiliates earn 30% commission for promoting our website!
Plus we offer your customers/clients a 20% discount on our services. This encourages them to use your affiliate code!


Program Details:

Commissions

Most of our classified advertising is FREE. However, you earn 30% of any upgrades that are purchased. We also charge for real estate ads and real estate professional memberships. Real estate ads are $50 and real estate memberships start at $200.

Example #1 - A $50 real estate ad, your client/customer gets 20% off and pays only $40 for advertising. YOU get 30% of the final purchase price which is $12.

Example #2 - A real estate membership is $200, your client/customer gets 20% off our regular price and pays $160. You get 30% of the final price which is $48!

We pay commissions within the first 15 days of the following month.

• You must have a Pay Pal account to receive commission payments.
• After the site visitor clicks your online affiliate link, the cookie will be active for 30 days.

Marketing Suggestions

We suggest you find popular local websites and inquire about placing text or banner links. If you create Google ads, the ads must be for your local base or city. Use words such as your base name or city name in the advertisement.

• Place a link or banner on your website or blog
• Post to blogs and forums with your text/banner link included
• Place our banner or text link on your social networking page
• Send an email to a friend or your approved email list (NO SPAM / MASS Emails)
• Post to Craigslist!

Note: Make sure all your text and banner links use your affiliate code so you get credit.


Instructions:

All text links, banners that you produce must first be approved by us before their use. You can optionally use the text links and banners we provide. Any fees for Google ads, buying low cost text links, etc. are your responsibility.

You can only market our services in your area! You cannot target other areas in the United States, that market is for other affiliates already working in those areas.
